  • ½ kg Mutton boneless
  • 2 tbsp Green chili paste
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 2 tsp Red Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 5 tbsp cooking oil



  • Mix All the ingredients with the meat and marinate for 15 minutes
    ½ kg Mutton, 2 tbsp Green chili paste, ½ tsp Turmeric, 2 tsp Red Chili powder, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • In a pressure cooker add oil 1 tbsp
    Add marinated mutton
    Fry 1 2 min in a good flame.
  • Then add ½ glass water 70ml
    Mix well and close the lid and let it cook
    After 1 whistle
    Cook in very low flame for another 20 min until mutton is soft.
    If not cook another 10 to 15 min. Cook until its dry
  • Then take it out of the cooker.
    Add 3 4 tbsp oil to a pan and heat it.
    Add the cooked mutton
    And fry for another 10 to 15min
    Until the masala is completely dry and the mutton is crisp.
    5 tbsp cooking oil
