Ingredients
- ½ kg Mutton boneless
- 2 tbsp Green chili paste
- ½ tsp Turmeric
- 2 tsp Red Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Salt to taste
- 5 tbsp cooking oil
Instructions
Marination
- Mix All the ingredients with the meat and marinate for 15 minutes½ kg Mutton, 2 tbsp Green chili paste, ½ tsp Turmeric, 2 tsp Red Chili powder, 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste, 1 tsp Salt to taste
- In a pressure cooker add oil 1 tbspAdd marinated muttonFry 1 2 min in a good flame.
- Then add ½ glass water 70mlMix well and close the lid and let it cookAfter 1 whistle Cook in very low flame for another 20 min until mutton is soft. If not cook another 10 to 15 min. Cook until its dry
- Then take it out of the cooker.Add 3 4 tbsp oil to a pan and heat it.Add the cooked muttonAnd fry for another 10 to 15minUntil the masala is completely dry and the mutton is crisp.5 tbsp cooking oil
