Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups maida
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 6 tbs clarified butter
  • 500 ml chilled water
  • ยฝ kg tandoori chicken
  • 2 medium onion
  • ยฝ tsp chili flakes
  • 1 tbs oregano
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • ยฝ cup grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Start by mixing the maida and clarified butter together. Add salt. Then add chilled water and make a dough. Don't knead too much during the process. Just mix. Cover the dough with a cling wrap and keep it in the fridge for 30minutes.
  • In the next step, cut the tandoori chicken into small pieces. Remove all the bones from the pieces. Heat a pan, add chopped onions and saute till translucent. Then add the shredded chicken, chilli flakes, salt. Shift the filling to a large bowl.
  • After it cools down add the grated cheese, oregano and add garam masala(for the Indian touch.)
  • Now take out the dough and roll to a circle. Cut it into 8parts. Take a microwave-safe plate and put a butter paper over it. Arrange each triangle on the paper. Add the chicken filling to it. Seal the triangle tip under the base. Give the ring a milk wash with the help of a brush or spoon to get a nice golden glaze.
  • Bake the crescent ring on Convection Mode at 200ยฐC for 20 minutes. It's Done!
    Serve with tomato chutney or sauce. โค
