Best Coconut Cake | How to Make Cake with Coconut 2021 | Shillong Foodies
This delicious fluffy coconut cake perfect for any occasion and its full of flavour. For complete success follow the recipe carefully.
This cake holds the moisture so its not dry.
Intense in flavours so when you eat the burst of flavours kicks in your mouth.
Its soft and Fluffy and can be made in any shape and can be made with different frosting like strawberry frosting, lemon frosting, brown butter cream cheese frosting etc.
- 100 grams sugar
- 100 ml refined oil
- 100 ml Condensed Milk
- 200 grams maida
- 100 grams Coconut grated
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
To Prepare Froting
- 100 ml milk
- 1.½ tbs maida
- 1 tbsp sugar as per taste
- 100 grams butter
- 100 gram powdered sugar
- Take a pan & add 100ml of milk, sugar to taste, 1.1/2tbs of maida.
- Mix these well leaving no lumps behind. Make sure the flame is off.
- Once it is mixed well, switch on the flame and cook , when it becomes thick take off the flame.
- 100gm butter . Beat the butter until it becomes smooth and creamy in texture.
- Powder sugar 100gm .Add the prepared white mixture into the butter Cream.
- Whisk until it becomes creamy.Butter cream frosting is ready for apply.
- In a bowl pour 100gm of condense milk, 100gm of refined oil, 100gm of sugar mix well till its become fluffy.
- Now add dry ingredients, 200 gm maida , 1tsp baking powder,1/2tsp baking soda. Mix it well .
- Now take a cake Tin using oil grease it. Then pour the mixture into the cake tin. Then bake for 30 to 35 minutes for 180 degree celcious
